Privacy policy
This policy explains what Elliott Construction, LLC does with the information you send through this website. It applies to this site only.
Information you give us
Two forms on this site collect information, and both are optional to use.
- Bid request form. Your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you selected, and whatever you write in the project details field.
- Job application form. Your name, email address, phone number, the position you are interested in, your experience level, any notes you add, and a resume file if you attach one.
Both forms also record the date and time, the IP address the submission came from, and the browser it was sent with. That is kept for spam prevention and for our own records.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you. A bid request goes to the office so someone can respond about the project. An application goes to whoever is hiring for that crew. We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored on the server that runs this site and are also emailed to us. Resume files are kept outside the public part of the site and are not reachable by web address. Access is limited to people at the company who need it.
How long we keep it
Bid requests and applications are kept as business records for as long as they are useful to us. If you want yours deleted, ask and we will remove it.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie, and only when it needs to: a session cookie that keeps a form submission or a portal login tied to your browser. It expires when you close the browser. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking on this site.
Other companies involved
- Our web host runs the server and handles the email this site sends.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces the site uses, which means your browser requests them from Google.
- Google Maps provides the map embedded on the contact page. If you interact with it, Google's own privacy terms apply to that.
Employee portal
The portal on this site is for company personnel. It uses a login session and records document downloads and form submissions for our own compliance records. It is not open to the public and is not indexed by search engines.
Children
This is a business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is posted on this page.
