Elliott Construction is a road construction contractor and asphalt producer working across the Acadiana region of Louisiana. The office is in Arnaudville. The asphalt plant runs in Breaux Bridge.
We are locally owned and operated, registered with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development, certified as an asphalt producer, and fully insured. The work is roadways, subdivision streets, airfield pavement, drainage, and the water and sewer that runs underneath all of it.
Most of it we do with our own people and our own equipment. Clearing, stabilizing, drainage, base, paving. When one company owns every layer of a road there is nobody to point at, which tends to keep the standard where it belongs.

Why owning the plant matters.
Most paving contractors in this part of the state buy their mix from somebody else. That puts their schedule, their quality control, and their supply in another company's hands. We produce ours in Breaux Bridge.
It shows up in three places. Timing, because we run when the weather and the job say to run. Quality, because the mix design is ours to hold to. Supply, because a busy season somewhere else does not stop us from paving here.
